The meaning of Eli Ama&I is this.

All king has a kingdom & all rulers has a GOD!
Eli is god & Ama  is god  &   I’m  only  a  man  whose work is with god  & for  GOD !.
For example,
the owner of a farm has an owner & his owner will be proud
knowing that while he was away
his servant or some one took good care of his farm!.
So once the owners is back
the farmer will bless his servant or he who took good care of his farm while he was away.
